Merit Table 2002

The final placings for the 2002 Order of Merit table are listed below. This table was used to determine the first eight places for the Scotland team to face England in the annual Auld Enemy Cup, which this year is being held at Pleasington Golf Club, Blackburn, Lancashire in mid September.

The counting events were as follows:

• The Fife Classic at Ladybank
• The Mitchell Deans Trophy at Stirling.
• The Tayside Classic at Downfield
• The West Classic at Turnberry
• The Glasgow Classic at Cawder Keir course
• The Grampian Classic at Stonehaven
• The East Classic at Liberton.
• The Scottish Matchplay championship at Callander.
• The Scottish Strokeplay Championship at North Berwick
